AoHC Fitness Fanatics!

We have got our bodies moving here at AoHC!  We have been talking about eating healthy meals and snack as well as learning about all of the ways we can exercise our bodies.  

Today we had a special treat!  We had our very own yoga instructor come in to show us some moves.  We stretched our muscles and learned how to take deep, relaxing breaths to calm our bodies.
