This week is We Are America week! The children were so excited to be creative with the colors red, white, and blue. The teachers helped them make flags out of their handprints. It was very funny to see them all giggling and laughing because the paint brushes were tickling their hands. I can tell they're all excited for the fourth!
Their majesties, were so excited to grace us with all their top of the line royal fashions. Getting to see everyone having such a wonderful time, showing off what they all decided to wear has been the best. Some even enjoyed dancing in their gowns. We hope they'll always remember how special and beautiful they are.
This week our Pre-K 4 kids kicked off their kindergarten boot camp! Kindergarten boot camp is a program led by Mrs. Renee. During this exiting program, our Pre-K cadets will learn those often overlooked, yet necessary, skills for navigating kindergarten successfully. For instance, they will learn how to enter and exit a school bus safely, how to check out a library book, how to remember their lunch number, and how to carry a cafeteria tray among many other new skills that will give them a sense of ease as they enter the big world of elementary school. Each cadet got their very own back pack and boot camp t-shirt! This is such a cute and fun program. We love our little Pre- Kinders! 💓
